Hardwood floor refinishing contractors — Durham, NC

What affects the price

When you start looking at new floors, the final bill depends on a few specific things. The biggest factor is the type of material you pick—hardwood, tile, or luxury vinyl all have different price points. You also have to think about the size of the area, how much prep work the subfloor needs, and whether you are removing old flooring first. Complex patterns or tight corners can add labor hours, which shifts the total. We can help you break down the numbers, with exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

Refinishing involves sanding down existing wood floors to remove scratches and stains, then applying a new protective finish. You need this when your wood floors look dull but are still structurally sound. The price typically depends on the room size and the number of coats required to restore the surface. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.
