Wood floors plus — Durham, NC

Last updated: September 24, 2026

What affects the price

When you start looking at new floors, the final bill depends on a few specific things. The biggest factor is the type of material you pick—hardwood, tile, or luxury vinyl all have different price points. You also have to think about the size of the area, how much prep work the subfloor needs, and whether you are removing old flooring first. Complex patterns or tight corners can add labor hours, which shifts the total. We can help you break down the numbers, with exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

Wood floors plus refers to services that combine new wood installation with additional features like custom borders, inlays, or integrated radiant heating systems. This is for homeowners looking for a high-end, custom look rather than a standard plank installation. Because this involves specialized craftsmanship and extra materials, the project scope drives the cost. We can talk through your design vision; exact pricing confirmed free on the call.
